• The card can be expired. Please make sure that your card does not exceed the validity date.
• You may have reached the card's credit limit. Contact your bank to confirm your card has not exceeded the limit amount permitted to make a purchase.

We can deliver your package to any address that you want (house, work, school & others)

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our team will process the order once the transaction has been completed and confirmed:

1. Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If the order is processed during the weekend or holidays, we will be shipped it the next business day. One the order has been placed you will receive an email to confirm the purchase with your tracking number.
2. For shipping within Spain, the approximate delivery terms is from 1 to 5 business days.
3. For shipping outside of Spain, the approximate delivery term is 4 to 6 business days.
